Our People Portraits are lovingly hand crafted onto artist quality, non-yellowing, acid free paper. When the artwork is finished, we seal the drawing with a Fixative coating to prevent smudging.

We like transparency so there are no hidden surprises. Choosing the size of your artwork is important, and we have calculated pricing of generic sizes for your convenience: *A4 *A3 *A2 *A1

Choosing a medium is simply a matter of deciding whether you would like a drawing or painting for your commissioned portrait.

Choosing content is about composition and layout of your commissioned portrait.

Choosing a substrate just refers to what type of background material to use. Typically, a drawing would be on archival paper, and a painting usually goes on canvas or board. However, it doesn’t have to be, the choice is yours.
Substrate generic choices:
Paper: archival, acid free, non-yellowing 300gms paper
Canvas: gesso primed, heavy duty threaded canvas
Board: gesso primed, 6mm MDF board
This is very important. All of our Portraits are professionally and accurately produced from reference photos that you supply. To deliver the best possible outcomes, we need high resolution photos. We accept image sizes up to 20MB each.

Integrity and honesty are core to our business. Unfortunately there are so many online scammers these days. As a consequence, we have had to develop strict policy protocols.
When we recieve written confirmation that you are happy with our pricing, and that you agree with the terms for the Pet Portrait contract – we will require a 30% deposit of the total purchase order. This is our protection against scammers and hackers.

Once the deposit is cleared in our nominated bank account, we will proceed with producing your expertly crafted portrait!
When the portrait is complete, we will send you photos of the finished artwork. Once again, we will need your written approval that you love your commissioned portrait.

Then the full balance of the purchase order needs to be paid prior to commencing the shipping process.
Once the full balance is cleared in our nominated bank account, we will proceed with carefully packing and despatching your amazing portrait!
