"How long is a piece of string" is a saying that could apply to Art Commissions. There are so many variables to consider, therefore, to provide you with an accurate quote - we need to get as much information as possible. The pricing guides below are estimates only, based on general sizes!

  • How does the commission process work?

    We start each commission with a discussion to understand your vision and specific requirements. We’ll go over details like subject matter, size, medium, and any stylistic preferences. Once we agree on the concept, we’ll begin creating the piece, updating you on its progress. we work closely with each client to ensure the final artwork meets their expectations.

  • How long does a commissioned piece take?

    Completion time varies depending on the complexity and medium of the piece. On average, a commissioned artwork may take several weeks to a few months. A small A5 drawing on the other hand could be completed in a day so it varies greatly. We’ll provide an estimated timeframe at the start and keep you updated throughout the process.

  • What is the payment structure for commissions?

    For Art Commissions, we typically require a 30% deposit upfront to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon completion. This structure ensures mutual commitment to the project. Payment options are flexible, and we are happy to discuss what works best for you.

  • What types of artwork can I commission?

    We offer a wide range of styles and mediums, including oil, acrylic, watercolour, and pencil drawings. Whether you’re after a portrait, a landscape, an abstract, or something entirely unique, we can bring your vision to life.

  • Can you create art in any size?

    Yes, we can create artwork in any size, from small pieces to large-scale works. Let us know your preferred dimensions, and we’ll ensure the final piece fits perfectly in your space.

  • Can the artwork be created onsite at my location?

    Absolutely! We can work onsite if required, whether it’s for murals, large installations, or other pieces. Additional travel fees may apply based on the location.

  • Do you offer framing services?

    Yes, we can provide framing for your commissioned artwork. We have a 20-year working relationship with a professional framing company in Castle Hill. Let us know your preferences, and we’ll discuss options that complement your piece.

  • What happens if I don’t like the finished artwork?

    Your satisfaction is our priority. We’ll involve you throughout the process to ensure the final piece aligns with your vision. If adjustments are needed, we’re happy to make them within reason.

No payments required yet. Once we receive all your details and confirm your Art Commission, we will provide you with an accurate quote. When all parties are happy, a deposit must be paid before we start your Art Commission. When the artwork is completed, the finalise balance must be paid!
